Larry has more than 40 years of financial and operational executive management responsibilities in several industries, but particularly in the apparel, retail, and direct selling markets. He has run the gambit from start-ups to larger firms as their CFO and COO. Throughout his career Larry has gained a reputation for a sharp financial eye to gain operational efficiencies, negotiating contracts, managing distribution center construction, and controlling costs. His ability to establish strong working relationships with financial institutions is a much needed skill for today’s challenging environment.</p> <p>Larry has served 20 years as the CFO/COO of the privately held Carlisle-Etcetera, LLC a $100 million firm in the direct sales apparel industry. Prior he held the same positions for Miss Erika, Inc. a large ladies apparel importer, Chego International, and Jays Industries. Larry escaped New York and now lives in sunny Del Ray Beach with his wife Arlene.
Arlene has extensive experience in import management, having served in that capacity for a $100 million ladies apparel company, Miss Erika. Providing crucial steps in the supply chain, Arlene handles all facets of importing, from issuing letters of credit to working with U.S. Customs officials and brokers to ensure efficient deliveries of shipments from numerous countries including China, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India.
Cindy has over 15 years of health care project management, strategic planning and operational experience working for health insurance companies, home care agencies and provider-owned organizations. Cindy has a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a BA from Brandeis University.
